Accosis streamlines business disbursals through robust APIs and a user-friendly dashboard. Facilitate instant payouts to vendors, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders with Accosis Payouts.
Various payout methods are supported, including IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and Wallets. Ensure sufficient account balance for smooth transactions.
The Accosis Fund Transfer Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of your business operations. It provides access to Payouts account details, allows seamless addition of vendors as beneficiaries for quick payouts, and facilitates single or bulk payouts to multiple vendors efficiently.
Process of Quick Transfer
Follow these easy steps to make a quick transfer:
- Goto the Payments > Payouts > Fund Transfer Dashboard.
- Click the Quick Transfer button located at the top left of the Fund Transfer Dashboard.
- A sidebar will open and prompt for the following information:
- Select Bank Account - Choose the bank account from which you want to pay your vendor.
- Select Vendor -Pick the vendor from the list.
- Amount -Enter the payment amount for the vendor.
- Select Payment Mode -Choose the payment mode according to your convenience.
- Expense Category -Select an expense category to track the payment in reports.

Fund Transfer
- After entering the fund transfer details, the merchant will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. By submitting the OTP, the transaction will be processed.

Note:
Accosis takes the necessary measures to reduce pending transactions, but if a transaction is pending for longer than 2 hours, please wait for T+2 days for the final payment status (terminal state). If they are still in pending state, reach out to hello@accosis.com or your dedicated customer success representative.
Limitations of Each Transfer Type

UPI | Amount <= 1L per transaction subject to consumer's bank policies and applicable across transactions coming from UPI apps, Bank apps, and through Virtual accounts. Processes 24/7 |
IMPS | Amount <= INR 5L per transaction. This mode of transfer is immediate and is typically processed 24/7 and is settled to the beneficiary within 1 minute. |
NEFT | Amount <= INR 10L per transaction (Non-Banking Hours), Amount <= INR 1Cr per transaction (Banking Hours). This mode of transfer is typically processed in batches and is settled within 2-3 working hours |
RTGS | Amount > INR 2L per transaction, Amount <= INR 5Cr (Banking Hours). This mode of transfer is typically processed in batches and is settled within 2-3 working hours |
